033 Expectations

“I see that you find yourselves at a cessation of cerebration” he said quietly. The hints of light lining the hallway exposed the seven foot tall silhouette that had been an adumbration just moments before. He tilted his head carelessly and glanced at the two in front of him.
“Of course, a conspicuous transpiration, your human emotional ranges and ponderous workload providing an obstruction. However, I would appreciate it if you didn’t empower your alacrity and vehemence for our imminent issue to stand in the way of an impending denouement. Dismissing this, I find that the news I have will cause some discomposure. I will be departing this location in an exiguous extent of time, two weeks from this hour to be unequivocal, to Sevarand. I expect that you will find things more catastrophic and disheveled in my truancy, so I let the suggestions speak for themselves.”
The two individuals he was speaking to blinked absent-mindedly. He grinned slightly, and with an elegant flourish, turned around and began to leave. At the last moment, he looked over his shoulder, his face illuminated by the light beyond the hall.
